Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Manager located in Chakan. The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the team management, providing technical support, and leading research and development (R&D) projects. They will also manage various projects and contribute to analytical tasks to drive the company’s technical initiatives forward.

Qualifications

• Possess strong Team Management skills and Project Management experience
• Experience in providing Technical Support and leading Research and Development (R&D) efforts
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science, or a related field
• Relevant industry experience is a plus
