Technical Manager

Role Overview: As a Technical Manager with over 12 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in leading the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless execution of development initiatives while maintaining high quality and timely delivery. You will serve as the bridge between business-facing teams, technology teams, and project management to drive successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - **Delivery Ownership:** Lead and manage large-scale software delivery projects across the Microsoft .NET ecosystem and cross-technology teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - **Technical Leadership:** Provide architectural and technical guidance to teams on .NET frameworks, C#, ASP.NET, .Net Core, Web APIs, and SQL Server. - **Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and senior management to define project scope, priorities, and success criteria. - **Team Management:** Build, mentor, and guide cross-functional development teams to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. - **Agile Practices:** Ensure teams follow best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, and code quality standards while being well-versed in agile ceremonies such as Scrum and Kanban. - **Risk & Issue Management:** Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, providing mitigation strategies and escalating when necessary. - **Process Optimization:** Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes. - **Reporting:** Provide regular project updates, status reports, and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership teams. Qualification Required: - **Experience:** You should have at least 12 years of progressive experience in software development and delivery, with a minimum of 4 years in a technical leadership or delivery management role. - **Technical Expertise:** Strong hands-on background in Microsoft .NET stack, including C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and Azure Cloud services/AWS. - **Project Management:** Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects with distributed teams using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.,
