QA Engineer - Manual Tester

The QA Manual Engineer position requires 4 to 6 years of experience in manual testing methodologies and practices. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing system specifications to understand project requirements thoroughly. You will collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective test strategies and detailed test plans. The role involves executing both manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality and performance. Your responsibilities will also include evaluating product code to ensure it adheres to specifications and standards, creating comprehensive logs documenting testing phases, procedures, and defects found, and reporting bugs and errors to development teams with clear and concise information. You will assist in troubleshooting issues identified during testing phases and conduct post-release/post-implementation testing to validate software functionality and performance in real-world scenarios. To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate expertise in mobile application testing, API testing, and performance testing methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to maintain high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
