Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Production Manager based in Hyderabad. The Assistant Production Manager will oversee daily production activities, manage manpower & production schedules, ensure quality control, and coordinate with the supply chain and other departments. The role involves supervising the production team, troubleshooting production issues, implementing process improvements, and maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Production Management, Process Improvement, and Quality Control skills
• Experience with Supply Chain Coordination and Team Supervision
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Safety and Compliance standards
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
