Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and people-first HR Executive to join our factory HR team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about shaping workplace culture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the HR point of contact on the shop floor, managing onboarding, employee engagement, and grievance redressal.
Drive HR digitization and transformation initiatives within a traditional manufacturing setup.
Ensure statutory compliance and support audits and inspections.
Collaborate with plant leadership to align HR strategies with operational goals.
Lead employee engagement programs and cultural initiatives.
Support performance management, learning & development, and workforce planning.
Maintain accurate HR records and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

3-4 years of HR experience in a plant or factory setting.
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to balance empathy with execution and problem-solving.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office tools.
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
