Plant HR Executive

• Key Responsibilities:
• Only male candidate with at least 3 years experience ( Have to stay at Factory)
• Recruitment and Hiring: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing candidates, and making hiring decisions for factory staff.
• Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive and productive work environment on the factory floor.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies.
• Payroll and Benefits: Manage payroll processing, track leave records, and administer benefits programs for factory employees.
• Training and Development: Coordinate training programs, safety drills, and employee engagement activities.
• Performance Management: Conduct performance appraisals, manage employee performance, and assist with salary planning.
• Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, attendance records, and HR documentation.
• Contract Management: Manage contracts with vendors and ensure timely payments.
• Support Factory Functions: Provide HR support for various factory operations and administrative tasks.
• Workplace Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by addressing employee complaints and promoting safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
