Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update the

  Master Project Schedule

  using tools such as Primavera (P6) or MS Project.
• Prepare

  baseline schedules

  , resource plans, procurement schedules, and cash flow projections.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress; prepare progress reports and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with site teams, project managers, procurement, engineering, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and bottlenecks; propose mitigation plans proactively.
• Oversee planning and forecasting for manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontracted works.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, cost parameters, and contractual requirements.
• Support the management team with MIS reports, dashboards, and planning insights for decision-making.
• Participate in client meetings, planning reviews, and progress discussions.
• Assist in tender planning, project budgeting, and preparation of technical proposals when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in

  Civil Engineering

  ; Master’s in Project Management is an added advantage.
• 10–20 years of experience in

  EPC Civil Building Construction Projects

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Primavera P6 / MS Project

  for scheduling and planning.
• Good understanding of civil engineering construction methods, resource planning, and cost control.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to lead the planning function independently and manage multiple project interfaces.
