Planning Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end PEB projects from contract award to client handover.
  
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
  
• Review tender documents, customer contracts, specifications, and commercial terms.
  
• Coordinate with design, detailing, production, logistics, and site teams for smooth execution.
  
• Lead contractual and legal documentation such as LOIs, WOs, change orders, and claims.
  
• Manage project costs, billing, customer approvals, and variation control.
  
• Conduct project review meetings with internal teams and clients.
  
• Ensure timely dispatch planning, erection coordination, and site readiness.
  
• Maintain all project documentationRFIs, MOMs, trackers, progress reports.
  
• Handle customer communication, issue resolution, and ensure high satisfaction.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  
• 8-15 years of project management experience in

  PEB / Structural Steel / EPC

  environment.
• Strong understanding of PEB project lifecycle, detailing, erection sequence, and technical drawings.
  
• Experience in

  contracts review, tendering, legal compliance, and commercial negotiations

  .
• Proficient in MS Project/Primavera, Excel, and project reporting tools.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-handling skills.
  
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
