Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Analyze delays and impacts on projects due to EOT (Excavation, Earthwork, & Other) activities.
Create high-rise building baseline schedules and track progress against them.
Perform critical path analysis and delay analysis to optimize project timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

15-20 years of experience in construction planning management with expertise in Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Tracking, Construction Planning.
Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in using software such as Primavera P6 for schedule development and tracking.
