Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement activities for high rise building projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and evaluate their capabilities.
  • Oversee purchase vendor development, new vendor development, and vendor performance evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards in all procurement decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 9-12 years of experience in construction material procurement or related field (high rise building).
  • Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
  • Strong knowledge of building materials, construction materials, purchase management, purchase vendor development, subcontractor management.
