Job Description

Good knowledge in structural Engineering to understand the details and drawings.
Good in coordination with all discipline and raise the Engineering enquires and get the resolution in time .
Good communicator and liaising with various stake holders for timely availability of Engineering details to meet the project schedule .
Ensuring timely submission of shop drawings, including all technical submittals and tracking the approval from the relevant stake holders.
Should oversee BBS department and ensure timely submission and approval .
Should ensure the timely availability of Temporary works design , submission & approval .
Should be familiar with local standard and codes requirements .
Must have knowledge of Temporary Works, Rebar Management and Document control.

Candidate must have experience working with reputed contracting firm preferably in high rise residential and commercial building projects.
