Key Responsibilities: Develop, automate, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions related to workforce analytics using Power BI. Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple databases using SQL, focusing on performance, hiring, engagement, and workforce productivity metrics. Use Python for statistical analysis, automation, and advanced reporting. Design scalable data pipelines and models to support complex analysis and decision-making. Build and manage Excel-based reports with advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros where required. Colllaborate with IT, data engineering, and business teams to ensure consistent data definitions, governance, and high data quality. Interpret data trends, patterns, and anomalies to generate business-oriented insights related to talent and workforce management. Work independently to define problem statements, create analytical solutions, and communicate findings to business stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. 5-8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, or BI—preferably focused on HR or workforce data. Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases. Strong hands-on experience in Power BI and creating DAX measures. Proven ability to analyze data using Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib/seaborn). Advanced Excel skills with deep knowledge of data functions, lookups, and automation tools. Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a passion for data storytelling. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical results to non-technical stakeholders Good to Have: Experience with data modeling and ETL pipelines. Familiarity with HR-related data sources (e.g., employee databases, recruitment systems). Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP for data services. Knowledge of workforce planning or predictive analytics in people data.
