The Specialty Chemical business of Jubilant Ingrevia manufactures Pyridine, Picolines and its forward integration derivatives, which finds application in agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, dyes, solvents, metal finishes, fine chemicals, semiconductors etc.We have also launched new platform of Diketene & its value-added derivatives for multiple industry use. We are an established ‘partner of choice’ in CDMO, with more investment plans in GMP & Non-GMP multi-product facilities for Pharma, Agro and Semi-conductor customers.
Chemical Intermediates:
The Chemical Intermediates business has acetic anhydride and value-added anhydrides and aldehydes catering to various industries.
Nutrition & Health Solutions:
The Nutrition & Heath Solutions business unit offers B3 & Picolinates (Chromium & Zinc) which are fully backward integrated. Our ingredients find application in animal nutrition, human nutrition, personal care, etc. We provide high-quality feed & food additives having application in poultry, dairy, aqua & pet food industry. Job Summary
:
Experienced procurement professional with a strong background in CAPEX purchasing, vendor management, and project-based procurement planning. Skilled in issuing RFQs, conducting comparative analyses, negotiating with suppliers across multiple engineering domains, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Proven ability to manage service and job orders while developing new supplier networks to support project execution.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Spearheaded the procurement process by issuing RFQs to existing suppliers and contractors for CAPEX items, including equipment, electrical, and instrumentation components.
- Conducted detailed comparative analyses and led negotiations with vendors across Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation domains to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Ensured timely delivery of materials and equipment through proactive expediting and effective contractor coordination.
- Managed end-to-end planning activities for project-related procurement, aligning with project timelines and budgets.
- Executed purchases of CAPEX items, along with issuance and management of service and job orders.
- Identified and onboarded new suppliers to diversify and strengthen the vendor base for project-specific requirements

- Educational Qualifications:
B.E (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Civil) from reputed University with experience of 6-8 years
- Functional Skills:
- Demonstrates a general awareness with a basic understanding of fundamental concepts.
- Possesses working knowledge, applying a broad range of job-related concepts and practices effectively.
- Recognized as a certified functional expert with strong conceptual understanding.
- Exhibits mastery as a subject matter expert with complete command over the subject and its concepts
