Job Title: Project Coordinator / Project Scheduler

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator/Project Scheduler to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate project schedules, tracking progress, preparing reports, and assisting in essential project management activities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Monitoring & Tracking

• Monitor project progress on a regular basis against defined timelines and milestones.
  
• Identify delays or risks and highlight them to the project manager.
  

2. Schedule Management

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using appropriate tools.
  
• Ensure schedules reflect current project status and upcoming activities.
  

3. Reporting & Communication

• Prepare, summarize, and present project progress reports to management.
  
• Support internal coordination through timely communication with stakeholders.
  

4. Budgeting & Resource Allocation

• Assist in preparing project budgets and resource plans.
  
• Track resource utilization and support decision-making for allocation.
  

5. Documentation & Support

• Maintain project documentation, logs, and records.
  
• Support project managers in day-to-day activities to ensure smooth execution.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools (MS Project / Primavera / Excel)
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
