Planning Manager

As a Planning Manager in the commercial and institutional projects industry, your main role will be to manage project scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for large construction projects in a detailed manner. You should be proficient in using Primavera or MS Project for effective project management. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, track, and update project schedules to ensure timely completion. - Analyze project progress regularly to identify any potential delays and take necessary actions. - Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of the projects. Qualification Required: - B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. - Hands-on experience in project planning within the commercial and institutional sector. In this role, you should have a total of 8 years of experience in project planning for large commercial and institutional construction projects. Additionally, experience in institutional construction projects and real estate will be preferred. Please note that this is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the designated location.
