This role is responsible to implement and supervise digital media activities for the assigned brands. As a representative of Dentsu, the personnel will aid its clients in delivering value for campaigns by means of conceptualization and implementation of strategies & campaigns thereby contributing to overall brand management and achieving excellence in its expectation with the team.

The purpose of this role is to:

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and retention for key clients.
• Lead media planning across both

  digital channels

  , ensuring integration and coherence with the overall media strategy.
• Foster strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
• Manage and mentor business teams, encouraging collaboration and high performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including buying, operations, finance, strategy, and analytics, to deliver comprehensive services.
• Craft compelling narratives and presentations to effectively communicate strategies and results to clients and stakeholders.
• Lead new business pitches, driving the process in partnership with the management team and other departments.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

A bit about you:

1. Proven experience in a similar role within the media/advertising industry.
2. Strong track record of media planning across both offline(preferable) and digital platforms.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of the media landscape and the ability to leverage this in strategic planning.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships.
5. Experience leading and developing diverse business teams.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling and creating persuasive presentation decks.
7. You’re technically focused and have had exposure to media tools, consumer panels & systems
8. Exposure to tools and platforms such as – Comscore, GWI, IRS, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ad words, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, Amazon, LinkedIn and Ad Verification Tools
9. You possess an ability to analyze data and articulate recommendations based on your findings to your team members and leaders
10. You can be innovative and creative, flexible with your thinking and are adaptable to changing situations
