( Experience in client servicing from other industries will not be considered for this position ) Job Summary : We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Associate Manager – Client Servicing to join our account management team. The role involves managing mainline campaigns for key brands and acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of communication pieces. Key Accountabilities Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and the client for all mainline communication needs, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Handle client briefs, create internal briefs, and ensure clarity across teams. Working with the team to conceptualize a campaign that meets the client's brief. Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Participate in client meetings, status calls, and campaign reviews. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute mainline marketing campaigns. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clients with insights and recommendations. Presenting creative work to clients for approval/modification. Managing budgets and campaign costs. Prepare and present campaign reports, analyzing data and providing insights to clients. Assist in creating 'pitches', along with the creative team. Build long-term relationships with clients. Ensure brand consistency and quality across all communication materials. Maintain strong working relationships with clients and ensure high service levels. Professional Skills: 2-4 years of experience in client servicing within a mainline advertising agency in a client servicing/account management role. Strong knowledge of mainline campaign development. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with strong project coordination abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Comfortable working in a collaborative, high-paced environment. Passionate about advertising, brands, and consumer behavior. Strong client-service orientation.
