Associate Manager – Client Servicing

Key Accountabilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and the client for all mainline communication needs, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Handle client briefs, create internal briefs, and ensure clarity across teams.
• Working with the team to conceptualize a campaign that meets the client's brief.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Participate in client meetings, status calls, and campaign reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute mainline marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clients with insights and recommendations.
• Presenting creative work to clients for approval/modification.
• Managing budgets and campaign costs.
• Prepare and present campaign reports, analyzing data and providing insights to clients.
• Assist in creating 'pitches', along with the creative team.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all communication materials.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients and ensure high service levels.

Professional Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in client servicing within a mainline advertising agency in a client servicing/account management role.
• Strong knowledge of mainline campaign development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, high-paced environment.
• Passionate about advertising, brands, and consumer behavior.
• Strong client-service orientation.
