Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning Manager based in Rishikesh. The Planning Manager will be responsible for developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring project progress, and coordinating with stakeholders. The role also includes analyzing project data, identifying risks, and implementing mitigative strategies to ensure the successful completion of projects. The Planning Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and efficient use of resources.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Project Planning, Project Scheduling, and Resource Allocation
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Reporting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of construction management and industry-specific software is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in project planning and management in engineering or construction sectors
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
