Planning Manager

• Program & schedule development: Crafting baseline contractual programs, delay impact schedules, and detailed workplans using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Budget and resource planning: Conduct initial budget schedules, resource forecasts (manpower, materials, equipment), cost loading, and cash flow setup.
• Monitoring & corrective action: Track progress via DPR, MPR, WIP reports; manage deviations, profitability, and cash flow; propose mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder coordination & reporting: Prepare presentations for kickoff or management reviews; collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Team development & mentorship: Engage in succession planning, training, and building team competencies.
• Practice leadership: Leading teams of planners and engineers; mentoring and fostering technical innovation.
• Project delivery: Oversee feasibility studies, alternative analyses, environmental assessments, design strategies, and ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) integration
• Policy & pricing strategies: Develop congestion pricing, toll policy frameworks, and mobility pricing strategies.
• Client & business development: Build relationships with public agencies, develop proposals, and drive new tolling initiatives
• Thought leadership: Represent the firm at conferences, author publications, and contribute to industry forums.

• Project planning & design: Prepare design documents, master planning, and manage consultant contract processes.
• Technical reviews: Oversee materials, bridges, and geometrics; ensure compliance with environmental and structural standards.
• Scope, cost, and schedule control: Monitor fees, budget, timeline adherence; flag significant deviations.
• Communication & coordination: Liaise with divisions, agencies, and the public; provide regular updates and stakeholder engagement.
• Full project CO‑ordination: At Harris County Toll Road Authority, the role may include managing feasibility to design, alternative analysis, cost estimation, environmental clearances, and stakeholder engagement.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹572,552.24 per year
