Job Description

Role Overview: As a Planning Manager / Asst. Manager Planning - Institutional Buildings, you will be responsible for all scheduling and planning activities as per contract or client requirements. Your main duties will include translating the project scope into activities, preparing and updating project progress reports, and supervising and executing projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and execute projects efficiently, effectively, and track progress, time, cost, quality & EHS as per schedule - Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation plans - Resolve cross-functional issues at the project level - Plan and control resources, analyze productivity - Coordinate with all contractors to ensure project objectives are achieved - Prepare look ahead plans for 30, 60 & 90 days - Develop presentations for senior management meetings - Create integrated schedules in Primavera or MS Project - Update and re-baseline schedules based on inputs - Identify critical path and generate critical path reports - Perform schedule delay analysis and generate delay reports - Develop catch-up plans, resource loading, and leveling - Execute schedule crashing and fast tracking as required - Prepare various reports including progress S curve, cost consumption S curve, delay analysis report, catch-up plan, milestone reporting, risk mitigation report, schedule, and cost overrun report Qualifications Required: - Proficiency with planning and scheduling software like MS Project / Primavera - Knowledge of PMP certification process - Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works - Excellent organizational and motivational skills - Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Additional Details: Cushman & Wakefield is a leading global real estate services firm dedicated to transforming the way people work, shop, and live.
