Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Scheduling

Develop, review, and update baseline project schedules.

Integrate engineering, procurement, and construction schedules into a unified project plan.

Define project milestones, critical paths, and dependencies.

2. Monitoring & Control

Track progress against the baseline schedule; identify delays and propose recovery measures.

Conduct regular project progress reviews and prepare detailed variance reports.

Forecast completion dates and analyze schedule impacts of scope changes and delays.

3. Resource & Cost Planning

Coordinate with project teams for resource loading and cost allocation.

Support the Project Controls team in developing S-curves, manpower histograms, and progress measurement systems.

Assist in cost–time optimization and cash flow projections.

4. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and MIS for management and clients.

Present schedule performance and forecasts to stakeholders.

Maintain records of approved schedules, revisions, and change requests.

5. Coordination & Communication

Interface with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.

Collaborate with client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors for project updates.

Support claims, EOT (Extension of Time), and delay analysis.

6. Risk Management

Identify potential schedule and resource risks early in the project lifecycle.

Develop and maintain a project risk register and mitigation strategies.
