Planning Manager

Plan, monitor, and control fabric production to meet delivery schedules, optimize capacity, control costs, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly production plans
• Plan and control knitting, dyeing, and finishing processes
• Ensure optimum machine utilisation and on-time production
• Track order-wise production and ensure timely dispatch
• Coordinate with merchandising, quality, inspection, and dispatch teams
• Monitor production cost vs standard cost and control wastage
• Support fabric costing, price negotiation, and cost optimization
• Plan yarn and material requirements; avoid excess or shortage
• Maintain production MIS and ERP reports
• Support audits and internal reviews

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of fabric manufacturing processes
• Experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC)
• Costing and cost control expertise
• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel / ERP / MIS systems

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Textile Engineering (preferred)
• 8–12 years experience in fabric manufacturing
• 3–5 years in planning role mandatory
• Experience in costing & production control required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹873,750.15 per year
