Key Roles & Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate tenders from central and state utilities (DISCOMs, Transcos, PSUs) and government e-portals (CPP, GeM, etc.). Analyze tender documents (NIT, RFP, BOQ, Technical Specs) and assess eligibility criteria, scope of work, and risk factors. Prepare technical and commercial bids for EPC, turnkey, and supply projects in transmission, distribution, and renewable energy sectors. Coordinate with internal departments – Design, Engineering, Purchase, Projects, Finance – to gather relevant data for tender submissions.
