Key Roles & Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate tenders from central and state utilities (DISCOMs, Transcos, PSUs) and government e-portals (CPP, GeM, etc.). Analyze tender documents (NIT, RFP, BOQ, Technical Specs) and assess eligibility criteria, scope of work, and risk factors. Prepare technical and commercial bids for EPC, turnkey, and supply projects in transmission, distribution, and renewable energy sectors. Coordinate with internal departments – Design, Engineering, Purchase, Projects, Finance – to gather relevant data for tender submissions. Attend pre-bid meetings, address client clarifications, and submit queries as per timelines. Track competitor bids, pricing trends, and industry updates to improve win ratio. Key Skills & Competencies: In-depth understanding of government tendering processes in the power sector. Knowledge of electrical system components (11kV/33kV lines, substations, transformers, meters). Strong commercial and technical acumen. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), GeM, CPP, and other tender portals Preferred Qualifications: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical or Power Engineering (preferred).
