About the Role

You will be responsible for developing hiring partnerships, organizing interviews, coordinating drives, and ensuring students are placed in top IT companies across Chennai & Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with

  HR, Talent Acquisition Teams, and Hiring Managers

  across IT companies (Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad).
• Identify hiring needs and provide

  job-ready candidates

  for roles in SAP, Data Science, AI, Cloud, Full Stack, Software Testing, and more.
• Conduct corporate outreach through

  LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking events

  .
• Organize

  interviews, placement drives, job fairs, internship tie-ups

  , and MoUs with companies.
• Coordinate with students on resume preparation, mock interviews, and interview readiness.
  
• Maintain a monthly pipeline of

  new corporate partners

  and hiring requirements.
• Track placement progress, maintain documentation, and prepare reports.
  
• Ensure

  positive employer relations

  and sustained engagement.
• Meet monthly placement targets with consistency.
  

Required Skills

• 38 years of experience in

  IT Recruitment / Campus Hiring / Corporate Relations / Placement

  .
• Strong network-building and communication skills.
  
• Ability to interact confidently with HR Heads and Corporate Managers.
  
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to perform under deadlines.
  
• Experience using

  CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator

  , and MS Office.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and coordinate with students effectively.
