Job Summary

We are looking for a Placement Officer to connect with companies, arrange placements, support students in job readiness, and conduct soft skill sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with companies for placements and internships.
• Coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, and employer visits.
• Conduct soft skill training sessions (communication, interview prep, grooming, etiquette).
• Guide students in resume building, job search, and interview skills.
• Share job openings, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Maintain updated placement records and monthly reports.
• Work with academic and training teams to improve student readiness.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Good presentation and training (soft skills) ability.
• Confidence in interacting with HR and industry partners.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, emails, documentation).

Experience

1–3 years in placements, HR, soft skills training, or career services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
