Role Description

The Placement Officer has to visit Govt. ITI's, meet with ITI Authority and Collect the list of Candidates, Arranging Basic Training, E-KYC of Candidates, Visit Industries - Mainly Service Industy, Bounding with Industries, The Candidate is Responsible for campus placements, career counseling, Collecting Joining Documents post Joining.

Qualifications

• Campus Placement and Career Counseling skills
• Building Large Poll of Requirements from Service Industry & Manufaturing Industry
• Strong Communication skills
• Training and Education expertise
• Experience in conducting workshops, Job Fair and career development programs
• Knowledge of industry trends and job market demands
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and industry partners
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Experience in vocational training or skill development programs is a added advantage
