ITES - BPO Trainer

Position: ITES Trainer (Information Technology Enabled Services) 1. Brief about the position We are looking for an Information Technology Enabled Services Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to our candidates. The role involves planning, preparing, and executing training programs, as well as providing ongoing support to ensure candidates are equipped with the skills needed for successful employment.   2. (JD) •       Training Delivery o  Conduct Information Technology enabled services training in which candidates will be trained on communication, soft skills and computer data entry           •       Candidate Support & Monitoring o  Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees, helping them to meet performance goals o   Track candidate progress and provide feedback for improvement •       Record Keeping & Reporting o  Update regular training records o   Ensure timely completion of all required reports and documentation •       Placement Coordination o  Collaborate with placement teams to ensure smooth transitions from training to employment o   Support candidates during the placement process and track placement outcomes 3. Qualification •       Graduate with 1-2 years of relevant training experience preferred 4. Reporting and Team •       Reporting to the Center Manager 5. Work Location •       Don Bosco Academy, Opposite D-Mart, Seawoods, Navi Mumbai 6.
