Placement Officer

As a Placement Officer at Grey Sim Learnings Foundation (GSLF), your role involves the following responsibilities: - Visiting Govt. ITI's and meeting with ITI Authorities to collect the list of candidates - Arranging basic training and E-KYC of candidates - Visiting industries, primarily in the service sector, and building relationships with them - Conducting campus placements and providing career counseling - Collecting joining documents from candidates post-joining You are required to possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in campus placement and career counseling - Ability to build a large pool of requirements from service and manufacturing industries - Excellent communication skills - Expertise in training and education - Experience in conducting workshops, job fairs, and career development programs - Knowledge of industry trends and job market demands - Capability to establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions and industry partners - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field - Experience in vocational training or skill development programs is an added advantage,
