Job Description

Position Summary: The Placement Officer will be responsible for managing and enhancing placement opportunities for students of the Integral Business School. This role involves developing strong relationships with industry partners, organizing placement activities, mentoring students for job readiness, and ensuring high-quality placement outcomes in alignment with institutional goals. Key Responsibilities: Industry Engagement: Identify and establish partnerships with corporate organizations for student placements, internships, and live projects. Maintain and expand a robust database of recruiters, alumni, and industry contacts. Coordinate with industry representatives to organize campus recruitment drives and pre-placement talks. Student Preparation: Conduct training sessions on resume writing, interview skills, group discussions, and overall career preparedness. Guide students on career choices, industry trends, and employment opportunities. Assist students in developing soft skills and workplace readiness. Placement Activities: Plan and execute annual placement calendar in coordination with academic schedules. Manage logistics for campus recruitment including interview rooms, schedules, and communication. Collect and report placement data, maintain records of student profiles and placement status. Networking and Outreach: Represent Integral Business School at industry events, HR summits, and job fairs. Engage alumni for mentorship, guest lectures, and placement support. Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the business and corporate world. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare periodic placement reports, employer feedback, and student performance metrics. Analyze placement trends to enhance placement strategies and institutional ranking. Qualifications & Requirements: Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or talent acquisition. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of placement or CRM software is an advantage. Preferred Attributes: Strong industry connect across sectors such as IT, Consulting, FMCG, BFSI, Manufacturing, etc. Experience working in an academic environment or business school.
