We are seeking a Placement Manager (Marketing Specialization) to lead placement efforts for students specializing in Marketing. The role involves ensuring successful student placements in Marketing & Sales roles within BFSI and Real Estate industries, as well as in the Digital Marketing domain across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Engagement & Relationship Management

Build and strengthen relationships with recruiters in BFSI, Real Estate, and Digital Marketing domains.

Identify and onboard new corporate partners for sales, marketing, and digital marketing roles.

Liaise with HR heads, business leaders, and hiring managers to understand evolving skill requirements.

2. Placement Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute placement strategies specifically for students pursuing Marketing specialisation.

Design and manage placement calendars, ensuring alignment with industry recruitment cycles.

Ensure effective student–job role mapping for BFSI sales roles, real estate marketing roles, and digital marketing assignments.

3. Student Preparation & Readiness

Conduct pre-placement training and workshops focused on marketing careers (sales strategies, digital marketing tools, BFSI domain knowledge, real estate sector insights).

Guide students on resume building, interview skills, and case-based assessments relevant to marketing roles.

Mentor students in understanding and adapting to the dynamics of sales and marketing careers in BFSI, real estate, and digital-first companies.

4. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of student profiles, placement status, and recruiter interactions.

Track and report placement performance, trends, and opportunities to leadership.

Use analytics to forecast hiring trends and adjust placement efforts proactively.
