Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India. The Placement Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful placement of candidates. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with clients, and maintaining recruitment records. The Placement Manager will also work on developing and implementing effective placement strategies to meet clients' hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and screening candidates, and conducting interviews
• Strong client relationship management and coordination skills
• Ability to develop and implement placement strategies
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and maintaining recruitment records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members in Delhi, India
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
