Placement Manager

As a Training and Placement Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the execution of training and placement strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Organizing and actively participating in Below The Line (BTL) and Through The Line (TTL) activities. - Developing and maintaining a strong network with HR Heads of top companies. - Achieving individual targets for annual recruitment processes, summer internships, and live projects. - Converting new accounts through structured market outreach. - Planning and engaging with corporates for strategic activities such as guest lectures, panel discussions, workshops, competitions, etc. - Managing and supporting student career services, including career counseling, grooming, and interview preparation. - Creating new placement partners based on placement load across schools and managing existing partners for repurchase of placements and internships. Additionally, you should possess the following key skills: - Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written). - Ability to establish and maintain corporate relationships. - Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a structured and disciplined approach to work. - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver within tight deadlines. - Demonstrated success in managing events and key strategic alliances. - Self-starter with high energy levels and a go-getter attitude.
