You will actively pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment sector. - Employing diverse sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates and mapping them to client requirements, ensuring an optimal fit for both parties. - Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers to conducting interviews. - Leveraging recruitment metrics and analytics to assess process efficiency and effectiveness, making data-driven improvements to recruitment strategies. - Delivering outstanding client service by providing insights and updates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with client expectations and needs. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3+ years of relevant experience in recruitment or staffing, with a strong emphasis on business development within the HR sector. - Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and candidates alike. - Proven track record of successful placements, with a deep understanding of multiple industries and positions. - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. - In-depth knowledge of contemporary recruitment trends and practices to attract top-tier talent.
