Key Responsibilities

Corporate Relationship Management:

• Develop and nurture strong partnerships with existing corporate partners to facilitate student placements.
• Identify, approach, and establish new relationships with potential recruiters to diversify placement opportunities.
• Regularly engage with industry professionals to understand their evolving needs and expectations.

Student Placement Coordination:

• Collaborate with academic departments to understand the specific requirements and preferences of students.
• Act as the primary liaison between students and corporate partners to ensure successful placements.
• Provide guidance and support to students in preparing for interviews and connecting with industry representatives.

Industry-Centric Events:

• Plan, organize, and execute industry-focused events such as career fairs, workshops, and networking sessions.
• Coordinate guest lectures, panel discussions, and seminars featuring industry experts to enhance students' industry knowledge and networking opportunities.

Recruitment Outreach:

• Develop a comprehensive strategy to attract new recruiters and employers to the campus.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential recruiters showcasing the benefits of partnering with AIBS.
• Maintain an updated database of industry contacts and organizations.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of student placements, including success stories and feedback from corporate partners.
• Generate periodic reports on placement statistics and industry engagement activities for management review.

Qualification(s)/Experience/Skills

• Master's degree in Management
• Proven experience in corporate relationship management, career services, or relevant fields with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of the corporate hiring landscape, recruitment processes, and industry trends.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented with excellent project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analytics for reporting.
