Roles & Responsibilities:

Placement Expertise
: Lead and manage the placement process at a leading insurance broker firm.
Risk & Underwriting
: Apply a deep understanding of risk, underwriting, quote solicitation, and negotiation.
Client Focus
: Take a consultative approach to helping clients secure the right products, demonstrating a client-obsessed mindset.
Team Leadership
: Build and manage a high-performing placement team, demonstrating effective management skills in a high-pressure environment.
Innovation
: Think out of the box to move beyond the traditional insurance legacy mindset.
Communication
: Ensure effective client communication throughout the placement process.

Skills Required:

Demonstrated experience in
placement
at a leading insurance broker firm.
Deep understanding of
risk, underwriting, quote solicitation, and negotiation

Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
