As a Placement Manager at Amity University, Punjab, you will play a crucial role in enhancing student employability and fostering strong relationships with corporate partners. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. - Proven experience (3+ years) in placement management, campus recruitment, or career counseling, preferably in an academic environment. - Strong network within industries and corporate sectors is highly desirable. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and mentor students effectively. - Proficient in MS Office and placement management software/tools.
