Key Responsibilities (Functional) Creating and tracking funnel of students becoming eligible for placements and tracking upto closure/placement / certification Ability to forecast openings for passing out students for a rolling period of 3 months and plan ahead on opening creation basis program outcome To strictly adhere to Experience center visit plan To Plan and conduct Placement Grooming sessions for students and strictly monitor student place ability quotient as per defined parameters. Job Description About the Role: Take care of end-to-end students placement • Meet HR of various organizations and maintain good relations with them to explore avenues for Placement / Internships. Maintain Data Base of potential Recruiters You will act as a bridge between college and build and cultivate relationships with corporates across India. You will be responsible for bringing top brands on board to partner with us and ensure effective communication for placement needs. • Post job openings on portals, circulate emails, and send messages to candidates Coordinating/Conducting all placement workshop activities like mock interviews, CV review , presentation, group discussion & groom candidates to ensure they are industry-ready career mentoring, CV reviews, presentation evaluation, Manage Events, Seminars, Workshops related to Placements. Organize pre-placement training programs. Get feedback from employers and students to enhance the process and identify skill gaps. Prepare batch-wise placement reports and analyze placement outcomes Train and support teammates in skill enhancement and performance improvement Manage team operations, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure smooth execution of placement activities.
