About The Role

We are looking for a confident, organized, and responsible

Personal Secretary

to assist senior management in day-to-day administrative, communication, and scheduling tasks.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, time management ability, and proficiency in office software.You will act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring smooth coordination and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily schedule, appointments, and meetings of the senior executive.
  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documentation as required.
  • Organize travel itineraries, hotel bookings, and event arrangements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and personal information.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Handle office filing systems, record-keeping, and data management.
  • Take dictation, draft letters, and manage communication flow efficiently.
  • Support in planning and organizing conferences, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while representing the management.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (both English and Hindi).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email handling.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
  • Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail with a proactive attitude.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in Arts, Commerce, Management, or related discipline.
  • Diploma in Secretarial Practice or Office Administration will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

  • 1–5 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Office Coordinator.
  • Freshers with good communication and administrative skills may also apply.
