Job Description

Executive Assistant (On-Site, India) A diversified professional services organization operating in the HR, Staffing & Talent Solutions industry partners with high-growth clients to streamline operations and unlock productivity. We are expanding our on-ground support team and seek an Executive Assistant who will act as the right hand to senior leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution. Role & Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and proactively resolve conflicts. Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics—flights, hotels, visas, ground transport—and prepare detailed itineraries. Prepare executive briefs, presentations, and meeting minutes, distilling key actions for quick decisions. Track and reconcile expenses, maintain confidential records, and process purchase orders in line with policy. Serve as the primary liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams, safeguarding information flow. Anticipate operational needs, drive special projects, and implement productivity tools that boost efficiency. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 3+ years as a Personal or Executive Assistant supporting C-suite. Expert user of MS Office 365 and Google Workspace; adept at spreadsheet analysis and slide design. Exceptional written and verbal English communication with proven stakeholder management finesse. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment. Strong organisational and time-management skills; thrives under tight deadlines and shifting priorities. Preferred Experience in high-growth tech or staffing environments. Familiarity with productivity platforms (Notion, Slack, Asana) and virtual collaboration tools.
