We're Hiring: Personal Assistant to the Founder Location:Remote Work From Home Pay: 1.2LPA We are seeking a highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and dependable Personal Assistant to support the founder in both professional and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Managing daily schedules and task follow-ups Drafting professional documents, emails, and reports Coordinating with teams and vendors Supporting in business development and project tracking Assisting with planning, meetings, and reminders Providing general administrative and personal task support Helping maintain a productive and balanced work environment What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure Trustworthy, proactive, and self-motivated Comfortable with occasional open and thoughtful conversations that promote clarity and motivation Familiarity with digital tools (Google Workspace, WhatsApp, task managers, etc.) This is a long-term role for someone who values mutual respect, clear communication, and can act as a reliable extension of the founder's day-to-day responsibilities.
