Position: Personal Assistant

Location: Gurugram

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Experience Required: 1-4 years

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative and personal tasks.
Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and scheduling.
Ensure timely payment of bills and maintenance-related follow-ups.
Maintain documentation and records related to household staff.
Coordinate and conduct meetings with house staff; track tasks and ensure execution.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders as required.
Assist in organizing and maintaining personal and professional calendars.
Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements:

1–4 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and general administrative tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Flexibility to handle varied responsibilities and occasional travel.
