Locatio: Koperkhairne salary: 30,000/- to 40,000/- PM Onsite Job Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Job Role & Responsibilities: Converting client ad spending into direct revenue by managing and optimizing ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/ Instagram/ WhatsApp/ Snapchat) and E-Commerce marketplaces. Strategizing and overseeing performance growth, ensuring alignment with client's business goals. Oversee daily budget management, billing reconciliation, and spend pacing to optimize performance and consistently improve ROAS. Designing, planning, and optimizing landing page experiments while continuously executing and analyzing A/B tests to enhance the performance of PPC ad campaigns. Building budget recommendations and media plans to drive client success. Collaborating with marketing teams to discover data-driven ways to optimize campaign performance. Reporting key performance indicators and lead generation insights during client reporting calls. Ensuring a test-and-learn approach in all campaign activities. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year in a performance marketing role at a digital marketing agency. Proven experience working with B2B, B2C, and D2C clients across industries such as retail, fashion, and real estate. Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Shopify Ads. Running sales and lead generation campaigns is essential. Fair communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients. What We Expect from You in the First 6 Months: Develop a Deep Understanding: Gain a solid grasp of the business operations, objectives, and the market landscape you’ll be supporting. Build Strong Relationships: Establish collaborative and effective working relationships with the Founders and Team Members. Take Ownership: Transition into a fully independent role, managing end-to-end campaign activities, from planning to execution. Strategic Support: Work closely with the Paid Media Head of Department (HOD) to contribute to strategy development, campaign execution, and performance reporting. Drive Excellence: Uphold and enhance paid media standards through rigorous quality control, maintaining account hygiene, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
