Position Overview

We’re looking for a

Performance Marketing Strategist

who can design, execute, and optimize campaigns that fuel B2B growth. This role combines analytical thinking, creative experimentation, and process efficiency to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.As the strategist, you’ll go beyond campaign management—you’ll be responsible for shaping our growth playbook, optimizing funnels, and embedding automation to make our marketing scalable and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute data-driven paid acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other B2B-relevant channels.
  • Define performance benchmarks (CPL, ROI, conversion rates) and ensure campaigns consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Run structured experiments to identify new audience segments, creatives, and growth opportunities.

Funnel & Conversion Optimization

  • Architect and refine full-funnel strategies, from awareness to lead conversion.
  • Build remarketing journeys and nurture sequences to engage high-intent prospects.
  • Test landing pages, CTAs, and messaging to continuously improve conversion rates.

Automation & Efficiency

  • Deploy marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Zapier, ActiveCampaign, etc.) to streamline campaign execution and lead management.
  • Automate reporting dashboards to provide real-time performance visibility.
  • Continuously seek and implement process improvements to scale growth efficiently.

Lead Generation & Growth

  • Own the development of high-quality B2B lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
  • Identify and validate emerging platforms, partnerships, and tactics to diversify acquisition sources.
  • Collaborate closely with sales to align lead quality, scoring, and handoff processes.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven record in B2B lead generation.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with strong optimization skills.
  • Deep understanding of funnels, remarketing, and conversion-driven campaign design.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Bonus: Experience collaborating with sales teams and exposure to B2B pipeline management.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for experimentation, efficiency, and impact.
