Job Description: As a Performance Marketing Strategist at Dentsu India in Mumbai, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns for social media retainers of leading brands. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in campaign planning, analytics, and content performance optimization within a dynamic agency setting. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta and GDN for social media retainers of popular brands. - Monitor, track, and report the performance of campaigns, offering actionable insights to enhance results. - Take ownership of monthly media budgets, ensuring optimal spend allocation, pacing, and alignment with brand objectives. - Conduct analytics and research on platform content performance to identify audience resonance. - Stay updated on emerging platform trends and shifts in content formats to maintain campaign relevance. - Provide feedback to creative teams on content effectiveness and suggest areas for improvement. - Assist in developing customized spend strategies based on each brand's objectives. Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably utilizing Meta Ads Manager and GDN. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign reporting and data interpretation. - Familiarity with content trends on Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms. - Ability to translate data into actionable insights for creative and strategy teams. - Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over budgets and timelines.,
