We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Strategist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various performance channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms. Your goal will be to drive high-quality leads, conversions, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) while improving acquisition strategies through continuous analysis and testing. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel paid marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across PPC (Google Ads, Bing), social media (Meta, LinkedIn), display, remarketing, and affiliate platforms. Conduct in-depth audience, keyword, and competitor research to identify targeting opportunities. Monitor daily performance metrics and KPIs; generate actionable insights to optimize campaign results. Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting strategies. Manage and optimize ad budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA. Generate weekly/monthly reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and key findings. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus. 3–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing or paid media roles. Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics. Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and data-driven marketing. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or similar. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results under tight deadlines. Experience with eCommerce, B2B lead generation, or SaaS (preferred).
