Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta and GDN for social media retainers across popular brands.

Monitor, track, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.

Own monthly media budgets: ensure optimal spend allocation, pacing, and performance against brand objectives.

Conduct analytics and research on platform content performance, identifying what resonates with audiences.

Track emerging platform trends and shifts in content formats to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.

Provide feedback loops to creative teams on content effectiveness and recommend areas of improvement.

Assist in developing spend strategies tailored to each brand’s objectives.

Desired Skills & Experience

1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably on Meta Ads Manager and GDN.

Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills for campaign reporting and data interpretation.

Understanding of content trends on Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.

Ability to translate numbers into insights for creative and strategy teams.

Detail-oriented with strong ownership of budgets and timelines.
