Performance Marketing Strategist

Job Summary

As a Performance Marketing Strategist, you will assist our performance marketing team in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in performance marketing and develop skills in data analysis, campaign optimization, strategy development, and reporting. You'll gain firsthand exposure to working with renowned and high-performing brands.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns across various channels - Meta Ads ( Facebook , Instagram) , Google Ads

2. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Meta Insights ( Facebook, Instagram)

3. Help identify target audiences and create targeted ad content.

4. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing ad creatives.

5. Optimize Ad campaigns - landing pages, ad copy, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.

7. Assist in creating, executing and scheduling ads.

8. Help with data entry, campaign tracking, and reporting.

9. Coordinate with the design and content teams to obtain the necessary assets and information for ad campaigns.

Requirements:

1. a degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.

2. Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.

3. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics and social media platforms.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Effective communication and collaboration skills.

6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

7. Eager to learn, Teamwork and dynamism.

8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with performance marketing campaigns or digital marketing tools & Platforms

2. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel).

3. Familiarity with AI Platforms ( Chat GPT, Gemini )

4. Ready to embrace new challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
