What You’ll Be Doing

As our Performance Marketing Strategist, you will:

• Lead strategy, planning, and execution of performance campaigns across Google Ads (mandatory) and Meta Ads, ensuring campaigns are smart, scalable, and efficient.

• Own the full lifecycle of paid media  from research and targeting to optimization and scaling  with a strategic lens on performance and growth.

• Translate performance data into actionable insights, crafting media plans that reflect not just numbers, but narratives and opportunities.

• Be a trusted voice in client conversations  present strategy confidently, explain rationale clearly, and build credibility through insight-driven thinking.

• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and growth teams, aligning ideas, strategy, and execution to deliver maximum impact.

• Lead optimization conversations and experimentation always thinking “What’s next? What’s better?”

• Support business development by contributing to pitches, proposal strategy, and value articulation that wins clients.

What We’re Looking For

You should bring:

✔ 4+ years of performance marketing experience, with clear ownership of strategy and decision-making

✔ Strong command of Google Ads (mandatory) and solid experience with Meta Ads

✔ Proven history of working with US clients — understanding their expectations and delivery cadence

✔ A strategic mindset — you don’t just follow instructions; you ask questions, connect dots, and shape direction

✔ Exceptional communication skills — you articulate ideas with clarity, influence discussions, and build trust

✔ Ability to think on your feet — you adjust strategy in real time, without losing confidence

✔ Comfort working in a fast-paced agency environment, where change is constant and adaptability is expected

✔ A solutions-first attitude — you see problems as invitations for thoughtful action
