*IMMEDIATE JOINER NEEDED*

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist located in Bangalore Urban. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing and optimising digital ad campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Telegram Ads, as well as leveraging data analytics and programmatic advertising tools.

Key Responsibilities

Ad Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, and Video).
  • Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Telegram to meet specific business objectives.
  • Create and optimize display ad campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.

Strategy and Implementation

  • Develop end-to-end strategy, implementation, and execution of campaigns for all clients.
  • Utilize programmatic advertising tools and strategies to effectively reach targeted audiences.
  • Leverage MoEngage or similar platforms to enhance customer engagement and retention through personalized marketing campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and SEMRush to derive actionable insights.
  • Implement and maintain pixels, tags, and tracking mechanisms to ensure accurate data collection and campaign optimization.

Client and Team Collaboration

  • Manage client deliverables and dependencies seamlessly.
  • Communicate effectively in English with both clients and team members.
  • Actively work with design and strategy teams to execute ad copies and creative.

Attitude and Adaptability

  • Maintain a go-getter attitude with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Stay updated with evolving trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in a similar performance marketing role, with a focus on Google Ads, social media ads, programmatic ads, and display ads.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or other social media advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in utilising programmatic advertising tools and strategies.
  • Experience working with MoEngage or similar platforms for customer engagement and retention campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Google Analytics, including setting up goals, tracking, and deriving insights.
  • Strong understanding of pixels, tags, and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in A/B testing methodologies and optimization strategies.
  • Familiarity with SEO strategies and their impact on digital advertising efforts.

Expected Salary

  • INR 6 LPA to INR 9 LPA
